Introducing our brand new Spa Café menu... 

The Spa Cafe is the perfect place to spend time meeting friends over lunch or throughout the day, and between One Spa visits, be it for the gym, Escape at One or a replenishing ESPA  treatment. 

Opening hours are 9am to 4pm, when fruit juice, soft drinks, specialty teas and housemade smoothies will be available, alongside pastries baked fresh each morning. From 12.30pm we will also be serving main meals filled with flavour and nutrition, created especially by our team of in-house chefs, for the Spa Café - a thoughtful range of Balance Bowls, salads and sandwiches.  

The space's abundance of natural light, and chilled environment, make it the ideal choice.

We invite you to our new monthly Sound Bath, a deeply restorative experience designed to relax the body and calm the mind. Using soothing frequencies from gongs, singing bowls, and chimes, this guided session encourages inner balance, stress relief, and full-body rejuvenation. Simply lie back and let the sound wash over you in our tranquil space.
