One Spa’s fitness centre, swimming pool, poolside sauna and rooftop Hydropool are now open.

What are your opening hours?

One Spa is open Monday – Friday, 6.30am – 10pm and Saturday and Sunday, 7am – 9pm.

When will the Thermal Suite reopen?

Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm a reopening date for the Thermal Suite at this time. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

My gift voucher has expired

All gift vouchers that have expired have been extended to 31 December 2021 to allow you to enjoy your One Spa experience.

You can use any gift voucher for One Spa or NOW by One Spa towards our current treatment offering.

How can I book a treatment?

You can book a treatment by contacting the spa directly on 0131 221 7777 or emailing info@onespa.com. We will be accepting bookings for the months of October and November only at this time.

Can I use the swimming pool or Hydropool only?

Unfortunately, at this time, access to our swimming pool or Hydropool is only available to hotel guests, members, or when you book a treatment.

How are you ensuring you provide a safe environment for guests?

Protecting your wellbeing and creating a safe environment is our top priority. Face masks must be worn in the spa at all times, except when exercising, or when in the swimming pool or Hydropool, unless you are exempt. We would also encourage guests to please respect the personal space of others.

In addition, we will continue to implement thorough and frequent cleaning practices throughout One Spa and we would also ask guests to use our hand sanitiser stations often and wipe down all equipment and surfaces after use.

Do I need to wear a face covering during a treatment?

At this time, in line with current Scottish Government guidance and to protect guests and associates, face coverings must be worn during all treatments, this applies even if a guest is exempt from wearing a face covering.

Face coverings can be temporarily removed if the mouth and nose area is being worked on as part of the treatment.
