Spa Etiquette

One Spa is a place that invites you to switch off from the outside world, relax and recharge.

Whether you are here for a gym workout or are enjoying some very important me time in the Hydropool and Thermal Suite, One Spa is a place to disconnect from the busy world outside, and rebalance.

This is a gentle reminder to please be considerate of people around you and keep the general noise levels to a minimum. Please refrain from talking loudly, shouting and screaming.

Mobile phones are such an integral part of modern life now and although we very strongly encourage you all to leave your mobile phones in the lockers to completely disconnect, we are not banning the use of mobile phones. If you would like to use your phone to listen to music, read or catch up on emails, news etc. and this helps you relax, then you are welcome to do so. However, please respect the following rules throughout all of the spa, including gym, swimming pool, treatment rooms and relaxation areas, Hydropool and especially Thermal Suite:

  • No phone calls
  • Phones must be set to silent mode
  • No playing music or watching videos without headphones
  • No photography or recording of videos is allowed anywhere

If you see someone who is not respecting these guidelines, please let our team know via the Emergency Phones, so that we can remind all guests of the expected etiquette.

May we also remind all our guests to use the showers before entering the pools or thermal experiences for health and hygiene reasons.

Shaving is not permitted.
